On Day 3 it’s all about nutrition. Anyone can Google or ChatGPT a fertility mealplan, that’s the easy part. But how do you adopt this from a typical, western diet, making it easy to shop, prep and enjoy meals every day, not just for two weeks before the novelty wears off?

You’ll learn:

  • The easiest ways to get closer to a fertility-friendly diet without feeling overwhelmed.
  • The big difference between “generic healthy” and fertility optimised nutrition. 
  • How to incorporate more protein into your daily intake (both plant-based and animal-based options).
