You’ve been through the wringer with diets and programmes that over promise and under deliver, leaving you feeling inadequate and stuck.
You’re smart enough to know that high street diets aren’t good for your hormones.
You have read the books, joined the communities.
You probably haven’t ate a proper breakfast in months.
But the same 7 lbs just keeps coming off and back on again.
Or maybe you are brushed off because of your age, despite knowing that women in their 40s have babies every single day.
Hungry all week, counting this, skipping that. The weekend comes and the stress is too much. Wine, chocolate, crisps, Just Eat come-a-calling.
You know your body can do it. But your medical team won’t test until you lose some weight.
Or perhaps you’ve had the tests, and they are all fine, but you just know your chances will be better if you made some changes, but you keep going back to the start.
One day you wake up, and this is your reality.
You avoid looking in the mirror because you don’t like what you see.
You know the narrative all too well – the ceaseless cycle of fad diets and miracle programmes, hawking life-changing results that vanish quicker than they materialise.
With each hollow promise, your hopes are raised and then dashed, leaving you feeling dismissed and invisible in a sea of one-size-fits-all solutions.
I see the heartache in your eyes when another assured path leads nowhere, intensifying the silent fear that perhaps your body is the problem.
High street diets, with their seductive before and after pictures, offer a beacon of hope, but they ride the dangerous waves of extreme restriction and nutrient deficiencies – a precarious gamble with your overall health and delicate fertility balance.
It’s giving with one hand and taking away with the other.
These dangerous narratives overlook the complex realities of hormonal imbalances, metabolic health, and the profound role nutrition plays in fertility.

Optimising egg quality.
You can’t make more but you can certainly upgrade the ones in there already – improving chances of conception and minimising risk of chromosomal abnormalities.
Egg quality is the secret ingredient to improving your chances of conceiving and we are going to tackle this from every possible angle.
Well hello there – this is what makes Sculpt to Blossom completely unique.
I will not expect you to count points, or sins. I will not allow you to eliminate dietary fats, as some diets encourage.
Here we are talking about reducing your body fat, whilst nourishing your eggs and hormones at the same time.
These concepts are often at odds with each other – but I can give you the secret sauce to make it work and crucially – keep it going once we are finished. You don’t want to be working with me forever now, do you?
This is why we focus on sustainable education. Learn how to do it for yourself, practice in a safe place, then leave with the skills to do it for as long as you need to. No more bedtime doom scrolling, no more guilt every time you crack a kit-kat. Just knowing you are doing the right thing, and getting the results you need.
It’s like having a nutritionist and a personal trainer in your back pocket for 3 months.
Beautiful, fertile eggs, a killer body and perfect nutrition can’t help you if your hormones are still out of kilter.
BBT tracking via our app will really help you understand your cycle, and what it’s trying to tell you.
We spend time understanding your life so that we can balance and regulate those hormones. Putting you in a lovely state of homeostasis – your body and hormones are balanced and in a state of trust. That might sound a little whackadoodle, but trust me, it’s not.
We work on a killer mindset and embedding healthy habits so that you JUST DO THEM every day, you don’t need to rely on willpower. We look at your patterns and behaviours up until now. The best way to change your behaviours is studying them after all.
You identify as a person who is in charge of her health.
Who knows what’s important. Who doesn’t allow herself to get stressed or distracted.
Who enjoys her life, her food, her sex life.
You don’t need to try, you just do.
I know it can feel this way. And I promise, I am all for loving yourself exactly as you are.
But BMI restrictions are not a brush off and your chances of a) conceiving and b) carrying full term are significantly improved by working towards a healthy level of body fat.
I’m not a fan at all of purely using weight as a measure – but since it’s the ones the clinics use, that’s what we need to go with. But to answer your question – no it’s not a brush off, and is a great way of managing hormone balance, specifically estrogen dominance.
Sculpt to Blossom is specifically for women who need to reduce their BMI – it has been designed for those with the same goals. Therefore if your BMI is 24.9 or below, Sculpt to Blossom isn’t the programme for you. Please book a direct call with me and we can discuss if any of my other packages are suitable.
For some, movement plan will include gym workouts, but for most, it will involve buying some dumbbells and crushing your workouts at home, in your own time, with full descriptions, demos and videos at your fingertips.
If you are limited in mobility, it might simply be working on getting more steps in.
Don’t stress – progress not perfection after all!
Yes. This is a hybrid coaching programme, so there will be individual elements and group elements.
Everything on your app is completely secure, and bespoke to you.
Nobody except you, my head coach, and I have access to this.
But the live coaching calls will be open to other ladies doing Sculpt to Blossom.
All will have the same sort of goals as you do and therefore the group support is going to be off the charts.
I’ll be there with expert advice, and you can share recipes, tips and war stories with each other in between, in a safe, secure environment, just for you.
Absolutely. That’s one of the main points in working on egg quality – it improves chances when trying naturally and via ART.
To give women like you the best chance possible on their IVF cycle.
IVF is pretty rough, and the chances aren’t always great.
So why wouldn’t you double down on your chances, by making sure the eggs you collect are as healthy as possible, and that your hormones are balanced and ready to receive them.
And that your body is strong, lean and up to carrying them full term?
I have on occasion provided meal plans, but find these only work for around two weeks.
I prefer to educate my clients on what to eat, when and with what. So that they can adapt as needed and will always have the skills needed to eat healthily and optimally.
This is the difference between buying an ‘off the shelf’ fertility meal plan (which you can google, btw), and learning what your body needs and knowing how to deliver it.
Removing confusion, guilt, overwhelm etc.
Absolutely not. I can’t.
Anyone who says they can should not be trusted.
But, I will help you improve your chances using the things within your own control – food, movement, supplements, mindset and mental health. And above all – accountability.
I prefer to make suggestions based on client’s circumstances and help them find the most cost effective version based on what country they live in. I am not a fan of blanket, generic, expensive lists of supplements.
I am not associated with any brands of supplements or similar.
So that means…. you get unbiased opinions, and someone who is focused on supporting you nutritionally, over just spending oodles of money on supplements (that you might not need anyway).
High street diets typically eliminate whole groups of foods, such as fats or carbs.
This can bring quick results within the first two weeks, but usually results in it coming back on just as quickly.
With fertility though, it’s a marathon, not a sprint, and we need it to be sustainable.
Eliminating dietary fats is not a good idea for hormone balance or fertility, in fact it can play havoc with your menstrual cycle and egg quality.
Eliminating carbs normally makes us tired, cranky and likely to binge. I’ve seen it literally hundreds of times.
Now, on to intermittent fasting.
Skipping a meal, usually breakfast, to narrow your eating window.
In theory it’s not a bad idea. In reality, most women will skip breakfast, use coffee to inhibit their appetite (and spike adrenaline/cortisol), then snack more for the rest of the day.
They take away the first chance in the day to consume healthy proteins and fats, and replace it often with salty, carby snacks. This often results in actually consuming more calories and lower energy levels.
I am a nutritionist – not a doctor or nurse (this means, I don’t prescribe medications or surgeries) – I’m all for optimising your long term health naturally, not providing band-aid solutions for symptoms.
Frankly, it also means I have time dedicated to you, and can provide you with a high touch, personalised level of service.
I am qualified through Precision Nutrition and have worked with over 300 women on a one to one basis.
I have worked in women’s health for nine years.
I am not medically qualified, I work alongside your medical team.
Your food choices and lifestyle are hugely relevant to egg quality.
As are the chemicals you digest and are exposed to on a daily basis.
Although not enough research is out there, the most comprehensive one conducted by Alice Domar confirmed success rates in 52% of patients undergoing their second round of IVF in those who completed a mind-body programme, vs only 20% in those who did.
Essentially in this test group, their chances more than doubled.
Of course! Sculpt to Blossom is open to any woman with a BMI of 24.9+ who is trying to conceive.
The programme is delivered in English, so that is a consideration. In terms of timings and timezones, I will be hosting live group accelerator sessions twice per week.
If you are unable to attend these live, you will be able to catch up on the sessions via replay on Facebook, and can submit questions to the group at any time of the day.
If you’d like to discuss this further, don’t hesitate to reach out to me personally.
This programme is likely to be particularly useful to you if you have PCOS or any form of insulin resistance as we will be looking at balancing out your hormones, particularly insulin spikes and androgen levels.
I have had amazing success with ladies with PCOS who have had difficulty losing weight on their own – it’s all about finding the right mix!
In terms of endo – we will be promoting an anti inflammatory way of eating, moving and resting your body to ensure you get the very best results possible, and most of my endo clients report an improvement in menstrual symptoms and fatigue within the first month.
Lastly – if you have diminished ovarian reserve and are looking to have a baby, working on egg quality is the single most useful thing you can do to improve your chances.
You can’t make more eggs, so improving the viability of the ones you have left is absolutely paramount.
